Project Overview
Swinerton is providing EPC contracting services for the new Monroe Poultry Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, which will convert poultry waste into clean electrical power. Preconstruction is currently underway, with construction scheduled from April 2025 through January 2027.
The facility is designed to process 500 tons of poultry waste per day, generating 7.2 megawatts of renewable energy. In addition to power generation, the project includes systems to produce three grades of fertilizer, including organic products, supporting a circular and sustainable waste-to-energy model.
