Pasco Resource Recovery Center (PRRC)

Project Overview

Swinerton Energy is providing full engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the Pasco Resource Recovery Center (PRRC) in Pasco, Washington. This new Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant and biorefinery converts food processing wastewater into agricultural-grade water while simultaneously capturing and upgrading biogas into renewable methane gas.

Delivered for Burnham RNG, LLC, the PRRC enhances sustainable waste management and energy recovery in the region. Swinerton also provided preconstruction services to support design development, constructability, and cost optimization for this large-scale industrial energy facility.
